Boss the capital’s head office of the Ministry of Emergency Situations Russia Sergey Zheltov, who suffered a heart attack while extinguishing the Grand Setun Plaza business center, was relieved of his post. This was reported to TASS on Friday by law enforcement agencies.
Sergey Zheltov has headed the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Russian Federation for Moscow since March 3, 2020. Before that, a little less than a year, he was the acting head, and before that, the deputy head of the head office for the State Fire Service. Zheltov led the liquidation of several major emergencies in the capital.
