Because of VTB is under sanctions, the bank application has been removed from the App Store. Now users have noticed that the company went to the trick: it posted in Apple app store a program with the same functionality, but under the guise of a restaurant guide.
The app is called Easy. Its description says that it allows you to keep track of discounts and coupons from cafes and restaurants, as well as accumulate points. If you download the application, it will prompt the user to become a client or log in – by card number or login. VTB is not mentioned there, but there is a bank hotline number.
Users leave reviews like it’s a real restaurant app. Some thank you for the “delicious sushi and rolls”, while others ask you not to use the “famous three-letter abbreviation”.
