Russian presidential aide Yuri Ushakov said that Denmark’s position on Russia’s proposal to investigate the terrorist attacks on the Nord Stream and Nord Stream 2 gas pipelines is devoid of objectivity. It is reported by RIA Novosti.

“A completely non-constructive position, non-constructive approach,” Ushakov stressed.
He stressed that objectivity in the investigation “will obviously not be enough,” since Russia is not willing to be allowed to participate in it.
Ushakov said that he personally summoned the Chargé d’Affaires of Denmark twice and suggested that the government of this country consider the possibility of conducting a joint investigation with the Russian Federation with the participation of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, and in case of detection of any dangerous element, carry out mine clearance on the gas pipeline, but received ” rather fuzzy answer.
Earlier, the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, said that the Russian side regarded Denmark’s refusal to give permission to the Russian Federation to participate in the investigation of the Nord Stream explosions as a “fraud” and a “scam”.
