“We are convinced that these two complementary processes will lead to the formation of Africa in the foreseeable future, we already see it, into a powerful pole of power on the world stage. And we are certainly interested in, firstly, helping to establish this pole of power, and secondly, to acquire a reliable friend in the person of African states,” he concluded.
