Chapter Serbia Alexander Vucic at the talks in North Macedonia avoided signing a plan to implement the proposal of the European Union for a settlement, reports RIA News with reference to the head of the government of the self-proclaimed Republic of Kosovo, Albin Kurti.

According to him, a public agreement has been reached on the application, which will lead to the implementation of the main agreement. At the same time, the other side, as at the meeting in Brussels on February 27, evaded signing the document.
As previously reported, Belgrade and Pristina, within the framework of negotiations in North Macedonia, managed to reach agreements on a plan for the implementation of the normalization proposal. The discussion in Ohrid lasted twelve hours. Kosovo and Serbia agreed on an annex on the implementation of the agreement on the path to normalize relations.
Negotiations between the Serbian leader Aleksandar Vučić and the head of the government of the self-proclaimed Kosovo Albin Kurti were held behind closed doors. Earlier, Vucic said that he did not intend to sign anything in Ohrid. According to him, European Union has not yet delivered to Belgrade its plan for the implementation of the settlement in Kosovo, as proposed by the US and the EU.
