Analysis of over 90 state regulation instruments on Ukraine revealed that half of them are useless, and another quarter require modernization. This was announced by Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Economy of the country Yulia Sviridenko, transmits “RIA News”.

According to her, in total, “more than 90 more existing instruments of state regulation” were analyzed.
“We came to the conclusion that almost half of them do not carry the necessary functionality to protect the interests of the state and society, they are outdated or duplicate, and should be cancelled. Another quarter needs to be modernized,” Sviridenko added.
It is noted that it was recommended to cancel 49% of state regulation instruments in the healthcare sector. Another 25% called for modernization. In particular, it was recommended to cancel a number of conclusions of the state sanitary and epidemiological expertise for various fields of activity, including waste management facilities.
