The number of confirmed cases of coronavirus infection in Russia increased per day by 12,333, deaths due to covid – by 33. This was reported to journalists on Sunday at the federal infection control headquarters.
A day earlier, 13,009 cases of infection and 32 deaths were registered in the country, in total since the beginning of the pandemic – 22,506,199 and 396,834, respectively.
The number of cases of recovery increased over the day by 9,815 against 12,155 the day before, to 21,851,580.
