In a post on the Telegram channel of the publication, footage from the deck and cabins of the boat was published. A sailing yacht is docked at the former East German naval complex on the German island of Rügen in the Baltic Sea.
The publication recalls that law enforcement agencies found a GPS tracker on the Andromeda, which can be used to track the movement of the ship.
Investigators also seized several items of clothing: an Icebreaker thermal T-shirt and a black Von Lamezan cap. According to Bild, there was hair on the cap, which is being examined for DNA remnants. It is not yet known if the headgear belonged to one of the six people who, according to the preliminary version, chartered the ship in September.
Earlier, Der Spiegel wrote that the ship, which could be used by those suspected of committing terrorist attacks on the Nord Stream and Nord Stream 2 pipelines, heading towards them, is located on Cape Bug on the German island of Rügen. According to the publication, on September 6, 2022, the team, which is suspected of blowing up pipelines, allegedly went to them on the Andromeda yacht. According to Der Spiegel, investigators who searched the yacht in January seized on-board electronics and took them away for further investigation.
The official representative of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Maria Zakharova, said that the UN Security Council should urgently adopt a resolution on the establishment of an independent commission to investigate the explosions at Nord Stream.
