Belgrade and Pristina, within the framework of negotiations in North Macedonia, managed to reach agreements on a plan for the implementation of the proposal for normalization, reports RIA News with reference to the head of European diplomacy, Josep Borrell.

According to him, the talks concerned the need to implement the normalization agreement, as well as practical steps: what should be done and when it should be done. The discussion in Ohrid lasted twelve hours. As Borrell noted, Kosovo and Serbia agreed on an annex on the implementation of the agreement on the way to normalize relations.
Serbian leader’s talks Alexander Vucic and the head of the government of the self-proclaimed Kosovo, Albin Kurti, were held behind closed doors. Earlier, Vucic said that he did not intend to sign anything in Ohrid. According to him, the European Union has not yet delivered to Belgrade its plan for the implementation of the settlement in Kosovo in accordance with the US and EU proposal.
