From September, a new employee will appear at school 451 in St. Petersburg – an adviser to the director of education. This was announced at a government meeting by the chairman of the education committee Natalia Putilovskaya on May 23.
Advisers will be admitted to schools on a competitive basis, they will be given a separate position. Teachers applying for this position will first have to undergo advanced training.
Starting from 2024, each school in St. Petersburg should have an educational adviser. There are 680 institutions in the city.
In the new academic year in 45 regions of Russia in schools will start work advisers to directors of education, and a year later – in the rest.
