The Kuibyshevsky District Court of St. Petersburg arrested the second defendant in the case of the murder of a family of three. He, like another alleged participant in the murder, spend a month in jail.
The man objected to the measure of restraint, the joint press service of the courts of St. Petersburg reports on May 12. He stated that he was not going to hide and was ready to conclude a pre-trial agreement. He was not charged.
