Gorkun Anton Viktorovich, a former employee of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, who was dismissed in 2012, was appointed acting head of the occupational “punishment execution service” in the Kherson region (TIN 9500012184). The structure was registered in Genichesk on February 21, 2023.
In the news of Russian propagandists, it was reported that three correctional colonies and a medical correctional institution were being transferred under the control of the occupying UFSIN in the Kherson region.
Now only one pre-trial detention center has been entered in the Russian register of legal entities at the address in the already liberated Kherson – at 10 Perekopskaya Street (TIN: 9500011494). There, during the months of occupation of the city, kidnapped people were illegally detained, and now the SBU is already looking for and detaining collaborators who worked in this place of captivity.
