The senator of PSOE Amaro Huelva has valued this Sunday the central government aid for eight unique clean energy and sustainable mobility projects in the province.
In a statement, he explained that in the energy field, aid has been allocated to four unique energy transition projects, to a unique pilot project for energy communities and, within the DUS 5000 Program, aid has been granted to three unique local energy projects. clean energy in municipalities with demographic challenges.
In this field of energy, he added that Andalusia has received a total of 372.93 million from the PRTR (State Registry of Polluting Emissions and Sources) between 2021 and 2022, in different programs focused on sustainable mobility, the deployment and integration of renewable energy and energy efficiency, as well as the Moves programs, renewable energy for self-consumption, storage and thermal.
Likewise, he added that in the community, 263,458 people have benefited from the electric social bonus in 2022, the number of beneficiaries having increased by 16.3% since 2018. He has pointed out that the number of beneficiaries of the bonus has also increased thermal social by 11% since 2019, a total of 239,974 people, with an amount of 59.4 million.
Regarding climate change, Amaro Huelva explained that Andalusia has received investments for eight projects within the framework of the Carbon Fund for an Economy Sustainable which will mean an expected initial mitigation, in the first 4 years of operation, of 232,605 TCO2.
He has explained that some of the projects that have been beneficiaries in Huelva are: “Eclosion new materials, technologies and processes for the generation, storage, transport and integration of renewable hydrogen and biomethane from biowaste”, with 459,726.20 euros; Test platform and quality control, with 982,793 euros, both from the entity Ariema Enerxía SL; “Implementation of 52.5MW of renewable hydrogen” in Cepsa’s La Rábida Energy Park, with 15 million, and Green Hychemical Huelva, from B06967368-Energias Renovables Shirokuro Sociedad Limitada, with 11.7 million.
