On May 1, the Government of the Russian Federation increased by 6.3% tariffs for the transmission of electricity through the unified national electric grid (UNEG). Relevant order published on the official portal of legal information.
The new tariffs will be valid until December 31, 2023.
As the Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS) explained, the increase in electricity transmission fees “is associated with the implementation of a large-scale investment program in the grid complex,” the agency quotes RIA News.
