The Oktyabrsky District Court of St. Petersburg sent into custody the accused in a fight with a knife in the restaurant “I want Kharcho”. The attack was treated as an attempted murder. This was reported on May 22 by the United Press Service of the City Courts.
According to investigators, the previous morning the man, together with an “unidentified person”, quarreled with one of the visitors. The victim was hit at least four times, including at least once in the chest.
“However, the accomplices did not complete their criminal intent due to circumstances beyond their control, since their actions were stopped by the persons who were in the specified restaurant, after which the victim was provided with qualified medical assistance,” the press service added.
It is known that the man was charged today. He partly admitted his guilt. The person involved in the case will be in custody until July 20.
“Fontanka” wrote that the day before in the restaurant “I want Kharcho” a 23-year-old resident of Tosno and two adult men got into a fight. A young man with numerous injuries and a stab wound to the chest was taken to the Mariinsky hospital, where he was placed in intensive care. One of the offenders was stopped at the institution – a 38-year-old local resident who left the colony a year ago and was imprisoned for rape. The third participant in the fight is on the federal wanted list in the case of theft in the Chelyabinsk region. His also delayed, but around midnight.
