Lighting returned to several streets in the Petrogradsky district of St. Petersburg after a failure. This was reported on May 2 in the press service of the Lensvet State Budgetary Institution.
The reason for the shutdown, explained in the institution, was the identified defect on the overhead line on Vsevolod Vishnevsky Street.
“From 22:15 to 22:53 a brigade worked on the spot. The work is completed, the street lighting power point is turned on. Lighting on the Petrograd side, including on the embankment of the Karpovka River, is operating normally,” the press service said.
Tuesday night eyewitness told about the blackout on the embankment of the Karpovka River in the section from Vyazemsky Lane to Kamennoostrovsky Prospekt.
