Russians pay 40,000-60,000 rubles a month for mortgage apartments, depending on the program chosen. A study by Bank Saint Petersburg showed that the average monthly payment under the Mortgage with State Support program is no more than 50,000 rubles.
Also, as part of the study, other preferential mortgage programs were studied – “Family” and “IT-mortgage”. Thus, under the Family Mortgage, borrowers paid an average of 41,000 rubles per month, and under the IT Mortgage, 64,000 rubles.
The bank’s specialists stressed that a comfortable and safe mortgage payment is an amount not exceeding a third of the borrower’s income.
