“According to the investigation, on March 18, 2023, the occupying troops of the Russian Federation fired on Konstantinovka using cannon artillery and Uragan multiple launch rocket systems. As a result of the attacks, two women and four men, aged 31 to 82, received injuries of varying severity,” the report says.
It is also noted that the destruction was received by apartment buildings, private households, outbuildings, as well as the building of a shopping center.
All victims were taken to hospitals.
Under the procedural leadership of the prosecutor’s office, a pre-trial investigation into criminal proceedings has been launched on the fact of violation of the laws and customs of war (part 1 of article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
