According to the Russian Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Miranda Media LLC was established in Simferopol back in 2004. Since 2015, it has been registered under Russian law.
The founders of the company are Rostelecom PJSC and Luxtrans Shipping Company LLC, the main activity of which, despite the name, is the provision of Internet access services.

All users of Melitopol and the Melitopol region have already been forced to sign agreements with the MirTelecom provider, which receives Internet through Miranda Media.
