In the Dnipropetrovsk region, the Russian Federation attacked a critical infrastructure facility in Novomoskovsk with kamikaze drones
This was announced by the head of the Dnepropetrovsk regional military administration Sergey Lysak on Telegram.
“The military from the Vostok air command destroyed 3 enemy drones in the sky over Dnepropetrovsk region. Probably “shaheeds”. There is also a hit. 2 UAVs hit a critical infrastructure facility in Novomoskovsk. There is serious destruction,” wrote Lysak.
He added that all services are working. The consequences of the attack are being specified.
In turn, the Air Command “Vostok” confirmedthat air defense units destroyed three strike UAVs, with which the enemy attacked Novomoskovsk.
“03/17/2023, the enemy used strike UAVs (probably Shahed-131/136) from the southeast at important critical facilities in the Dnipropetrovsk region. Three of them were destroyed by the forces and means of the units of the Voskhod military complex in the Dnieper region, ”the message says.
