“The forces of the fleet, in cooperation with air defense, are now repelling the attack of enemy UAVs in the outer roadstead,” he wrote and added that one of the drones was shot down.
Residents of Sevastopol are urged to remain calm. City services at the same time “are in readiness”.
The head of the republic, Sergei Aksyonov, also spoke about a drone shot down in the west of Crimea. “Our military personnel solve tasks clearly and effectively,” he noted in his telegram channel.
According to Aksyonov, the drone was shot down by air defense forces.
