Exhibition “Dedicated to the Winners” opened in St. Petersburg
An exhibition dedicated to the work of geographers and the Russian Geographical Society during the Great Patriotic War has opened in St. Petersburg. The exposition tells about the library, archive, lecture hall, the Cartographic Fund and the hospital, which was located in the building of the Russian Geographical Society during the blockade.
The exposition is located in the arch, in the courtyard and in the Great Hall of the Headquarters of the Russian Geographical Society in St. Petersburg. The opening ceremony took place on May 5th.
The street exhibition without a guided tour will be open for everyone every day, including weekends and holidays, until May 31, 2023.
