“It’s not yet the season for a beach holiday in Russia. You can go to the Krasnodar Territory or the Crimea, where good weather is predicted from the end of April – you can sunbathe, breathe the sea air,” he said and added that the sea is still cold during this period, but prices in hotels lower than in season.
In a conversation with Moslenta, Venskel separately noted Sochi, where you can ski until mid-April, and then go down to the sea.
From the resort countries of the Mediterranean Sea at the end of May, Turkey will remain the most accessible. Another option for a vacation this spring is Israel, where direct flights from Moscow fly. It is a little warmer there than in the Krasnodar Territory, but the sea is also not conducive to swimming until the end of spring.
For those for whom the opportunity to swim in the sea is essential, Egypt should be considered. “March, April and May are the best times to travel to this country. There are no more winter winds, and at the same time, the sweltering heat has not yet set in,” Wenskel explained.
If the budget allows, you can consider the UAE, Bahrain, Oman and Qatar. There in the spring there is a comfortable air temperature, as well as a warm sea. In addition, you should remember about countries where the weather is good almost all year round. These are the Seychelles, Mauritius, Madagascar, Maldives, Sri Lanka.
