This salad is quick to make, especially if you already have croutons ready. Despite the small amount of ingredients, the salad is nutritious and tasty. You can serve it to the festive table, but it, no doubt, diversifies the everyday menu well.


  • canned corn – 400 g;
  • canned beans – 400 g;
  • black bread – 100 g;
  • parsley – 2-3 branches;
  • dill – 2-3 branches;
  • mayonnaise – 2 tbsp. l.;
  • a mixture of Provence herbs – to taste;
  • salt – to taste.

Cooking method:

  1. Throw beans and corn in a colander, then rinse with water, dry a little.
  2. Cut black bread into slices no more than 5 mm thick. Put the croutons on a baking sheet, sprinkle with water or vegetable oil, sprinkle with Provencal herbs and salt and mix.
  3. Put the crackers in an oven preheated to 180 ° C and dry them for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove the crackers from the oven, transfer to a plate and leave to cool.
  4. Wash parsley and dill and chop finely. In a salad bowl, combine canned beans and corn, croutons, chopped greens. Season the salad with mayonnaise, mix. Serve immediately before the crackers are soggy. Bon appetit!

If you want something light and fragrant, you can cook fresh cabbage salad, bell peppers and cucumbers. The recipe is quite familiar, but thanks to the spicy dressing, the dish will sparkle with new colors.
