The Mexican pilot of the team “Red Bull” Sergio Perez became the winner of the qualification of the second stage of the world championship in car racing in the class of cars “Formula 1” – the Saudi Arabian Grand Prix. Perez, 33, completed the best lap in 1 minute 28.265 seconds.
Ferrari’s Charles Leclerc from Monaco was second, 0.155 seconds back. On the third line was the Spaniard Fernando Alonso, who plays for Aston Martin (+0.465). About this on Saturday, March 18, informs TASS.

Perez won the qualification at the stage “Formula 1” for the second time in his career. The first time this happened in March 2022, also in Saudi Arabia. On March 3 of this year, Pérez set the fastest time in the first free practice session of the opening round of the Formula 1 championship, the Bahrain Grand Prix.
