Before the Russia-Africa summit, which will be held in St. Petersburg in July 2023, the Russian Federation and the Republic of the Congo plan to sign an intergovernmental agreement on the construction of a pipeline for the transportation of petroleum products in an African country. This was announced on Friday, March 17, by Russian Ambassador to the Republic of the Congo Georgy Chepik.
