The New York Islanders defeated the San Jose Sharks in the National Hockey League (NHL) regular season game. The meeting ended with a score of 4:1 in favor of the Islanders. About this March 19 writes RIA News.

Alexander Romanov is the son of the Soviet hockey player Stanislav Romanov and the grandson of the former head coach of the Russian national hockey team Zinetula Bilyaletdinov. In Russia, Romanov skated for the Red Army, Wings of the Soviets, CSKA. In 2022, he moved to the New York club.
