Partly cloudy, no precipitation is expected in the capital day and night, sleet on the roads. The wind of variable directions will blow during the day at a speed of 2–7 m/s, at night a southeast wind at a speed of 2–7 m/s is predicted. Scientific director of the Hydrometeorological Center of Russia Roman Vilfand promised Muscovites cloudy and warm weather next week. On Monday, March 20, it will get warmer to +7°C, on Tuesday the air will warm up from +3°C to +8°C, on Wednesday and Thursday it will be from +4°C to +9°C.
