On April 6, Russian President Vladimir Putin will meet with the head of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko in Moscow. The leaders of the two countries will take part in the meeting of the Supreme State Council of the Union State. About it write Vedomosti, citing sources close to the presidential administration.

One of the newspaper’s interlocutors confirmed that Russia and Belarus would be represented at the meeting by top officials. The agenda of the meeting includes issues related to the joint fight against sanctions pressure and ensuring security.
