The head of the Meteo prognostic center, Alexander Shuvalov, spoke about the weather in Moscow over the weekend. According to him, on March 18 and 19, fluctuations in temperatures are expected in the Russian capital.

Temperatures will drop to minus 5-7°C overnight on Saturday. The thermometers will be at minus 5 °C on Sunday morning. According to Shuvalov, gusty winds and precipitation are not expected.
“Particularly clear weather in the capital will be on Saturday. On Sunday we will have a little more cloudiness,” the meteorologist said. He also noted that the black ice in the city is no longer very strong: ice can be found only in places.
