In Pyatigorsk, a criminal case has been initiated against two 17-year-old teenagers. They are suspected of committing a crime under Part 3 of Art. 30 p. “g” part 4 of Art. 228.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (attempt to sell drugs). This is reported by the Investigative Committee of the TFR in the Stavropol Territory.
According to the investigation, in February, minors in the territories of Pyatigorsk and Zheleznovodsk tried to illegally sell 46 packages with a forbidden potion with a total weight of 51.55 grams.
Their criminal plans were not destined to come true – the drugs were confiscated from illegal circulation by the police during operational-search activities.
The criminal investigation is ongoing.
