A resident of Utah, Minoru Hamada (Minoru Hamada) recently celebrated his 100th birthday. He celebrated this holiday with friends and family.
The man believes that the fact that he keeps himself in shape helped him to live to such an advanced age. The long-liver walks six days a week to the shopping center. “I’m getting slower and slower, but I think I have to keep moving,” notes Minoru.
Hamada served in the US Army during World War II. This is despite the fact that the man is the son of Japanese immigrants. About it writes Standard Examiner. The birthplace of the centenarian is the state of Utah. “He was born and raised here, and he was a proud American, so he served,” Minoru’s son said.
The man also calls the care that his relatives give him the secret of his longevity. However, the son of the centenarian names another factor. He believes that it’s all about his attitude to life. “He is always ready to help others. He is a very positive person,” Minoru’s son explains.
Previously, the 100-year-old woman explained that helped her live to that age. According to her, her love for dancing and gardening, as well as her eating habits, helped her live to such a venerable age. She eats porridge in the morning and in the evening.
